Personal Documents

Passport (valid at least 6 months with 2+ blank pages)

Passport photo, taken within 6 months (4×6 cm)

Passport copy: photo page, current visa or visa-exempt entry, latest entry stamp, and any extension stamp

Departure card / TM.6 copy, if you still have one

Thai Child & Family Relationship

Thai child’s birth certificate showing the parent-child relationship

Proof of the child’s Thai nationality, such as Thai birth certificate, Thai passport, Thai ID card, or house registration

Thai child’s Blue Book/Tabien Baan, if available

Evidence that you are the legal parent or guardian

If parents are married: marriage certificate / Kor Ror 2 and Kor Ror 3

If parents are divorced: divorce registration / Kor Ror 6 and custody evidence

If an unmarried applicant is applying: child legitimation/certification document such as Kor Ror 11 and/or court order, where required

Translations and legalisation for foreign-issued family documents, if applicable

Proof of Income / Funds

40,000 THB monthly income evidence certified by your embassy or consulate, plus evidence showing the source of income, OR

Thai bank letter in Thai showing at least 400,000 THB in a savings or fixed-deposit account

Bank book (original)

Bank book updated on the application date + copy

Copy of bank book personal information page

Financial documents must be in the applicant’s name only

Home, Photos & Address Evidence

Approximately 4 family/home photos with the applicant and Thai child

Photos should include the house number and inside the home

Rental agreement, condo purchase documents, or house registration, as applicable

Copy of landlord’s ID and house book, if renting

Location map of the home

Rental receipts for the past 3 months, if renting

Payment
